Account & privacy requests

To request closure of your site membership, a copy of your personal information, or deletion of personal information, email contact@techiteasyso.com from the email address associated with your account.

Tell us which request you want to make. We will verify your identity before sharing information or making account or data changes. Please do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents.

Closing site membership is not the same as deleting all business records. We will review your request and explain what can be provided or removed, and what may need to be retained.

​For newsletters, use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter. For questions about a paid arrangement, tell us which service it concerns. A request is not confirmation that billing has stopped.
